One of our friends has just started this little business letting you stay in one of these lovely little restored caravans down in Cornwall.
"At Love Lane, we have a small selection of classic caravans that we have lovingly restored. Whilst keeping each as original as possible, they have been decorated and fitted out in such a way as to accentuate their individuality and character."

The next competition has just been launched, "Best of British" which we are really looking forward to. In terms of medium it really is quite open to suggestion from photography to illustration and 3D so this is a really great one to get stuck into.
Good luck to everyone who has entered the Children's Puzzle Illustration competition, judging will commence later this week following which the winner and runners up will be announced.

Julie Bell has some really delightful stationery on her site. My favourites are these London themed writing sets which are beautifully embellished with iconic London imagery.

Prints Charming is the Liberty exhibition which is on at the famous London department store until 2nd September.
The exhibition is celebrating all things wacky and wonderful about the iconic Liberty print. From an entire wall of the building being swatched in Betsy fabric and bicycles sporting the micro-floral to this season's must-have fashion pieces and an out-of-this-world art fabric collaboration, this is a spectacle not to be missed.
Both the website and blog for Belle & Boo are truly delightful and you will be hard pressed to tear yourself away once you start looking at these charming illustrations.

One of the great things for me about the competitions is when you guys send links to your personal blogs/websites and i get to take a peek at your fantastic work. I don't know about the rest of you but its such a valuable resource for us at Tigerprint for potential freelancers and also as designers to feel inspired by the design world and it's designers around us.
Just flicking through the recent entries for the Children's Puzzle Illustration competition i thought it would be wonderful to feature some of your sites and share with all our readers.
Above we have the website of Hilary Yafai who is a regular contributor to our competitions and who has a wonderful design and illustration website - fantastic!
Rosy Lady is a really nice design blog with lots of great posts on textiles and gorgeous floral photography and other great finds you will simply find inspirational!
Aga is a newcomer i believe to the competitions but as a freelance illustrator has a great website which showcases her variety of work and delightful illustration style.

Galaxytwo.tk is the website of illustrator Louise McLennan whose work is often infuenced by sci-fi movies. An interesting technique of combining illustration with photo manipulation.

There is now just under a week to submit your entries for the Children's Puzzle Illustration Competition as the last day for entries is Tuesday 25th August. For all our international entrants and those of you burning the midnight oil, as long as your entries show in my email inbox as arriving by midnight GMT on Tuesday we will accept them for the competition. That means you still have the whole of Tuesday to work on your delightful Children's illustrations - have fun!
N.B the next competition will be announced next week as the judging commences for the Children's puzzle illustration with the winner and runners up been announced shortly afterwards - we will keep you posted!
