Suzie Foster_Time For Tea
Time For Tea is inspired by all things quintessentially English. The main features of the card are not only the hand rendered typography but the china ware that represents high tea as a traditional part of Britain's Food and Drink heritage. The layout of the design is intended to look like a tea party, and I have chosen subtle colours which reflect the colourings of the Union Jack because they go well together and also convey the current Royal affairs.
Because of the traditional, yet contemporary look of the design I feel that this card expresses part of the jubilance surrounding the Royal Wedding, and would appeal to the Marks & Spencer customer not only currently but in the future as well.
