Kiley Victoria is a UK illustrator who was recently awarded runner up in our Xmas Surface Pattern Competition with the design at the top of the post.
Kiley Victoria has very commercial style which is complimented by the lovely use of colour palettes which evoke a sense of nostalgia in the designs.

Hollie McManus is an illustrator and designer working and living in the UK. After graduating last year from the Arts University College of Bournemouth with a BA(hons) Illustration degree wrote and illustrated a delightful children's book called The Little Bird which she hopes to get published one day!
I'm sure you'll all agree for the snippets of the book above that Hollie has a gorgeous illustrative style really suited to children's book and we wish her much success!
Holly Blackman recently graduated from the University College of Falmouth with a BA (Hons) in Illustration.
Holly creates the most wonderful characters who appear to come alive and jump out from the page at you. Her illustrative style is wonderfully fresh and I'm sure we will be seeing alot more of her work in the future.

I absolutely love receiving post so I was thrilled to receive a promo pack from freelance illustrator Frances Moffatt last week.
How gorgeous does it look?
Frances, is a freelance illustrator based in the North East of England and specialises in fashion, beauty and lifestyle imagery.
Frances recently completed her Ma in Design (Illustration) and her 'Sunglasses Girl' illustration has been selected for publication in the "New Talent" category of the upcoming Association of Illustrators Annual.

R.e.e illustration is the blog of illustrator Rebecca Evans who graduated from Lincoln University in September 2010 with a BA Hons in Illustration.
Looking through Rebecca's work it becomes evident that she has a real love for hand drawn type and collage. Although at times this must become painful as Rebecca confesses : "I cut everything out by hand and my scalpel is my best friend".
Rebecca entered the designs above into our recent Word Up competition and all four featured in the Top 21 entries selected by our judges out of a total of 223 - impressive!

Ilana Exelby is an illustrator who has already worked for an impressive list of clients even though she only graduated a little while back. Her characters are quirky and original takes on people from all walks life.
I particulalry love Ilana's use of colour which really adds to the sense of fun which her illustrations convey.
Some of you may also recognise Ilana as the winner of our Children's Vehicle Character Competition a few months back. I was lucky enough to meet Ilana a few weeks ago at a freelance portfolio session we held here in Bradford and it was great to talk through Ilana's work in person.
Rachel Lewis is an Illustrator who since graduating in 2009 has been undertaking freelance illustration work, trend hunting for the likes of The Cool Commentator and others, blogging all whilst working full time as a Junior Graphic Designer at Uttam London.
Rachel is also a member of Tigerprint favourite Tea & Crayons which is an illustration collective.
Rachel's clients have included Amelia’s Magazine, Cutmedia, Cleo Magazine (Australia), They Draw and Cook (US).
Rachel has a unique illustrative style which she effortlessly blends with a sophisticated and on trend graphic style. Rachel's amazing trend hunting skills are evident in her work as she has a unique and simply wonderful body of work.
In addition Rachel is the author of this article "The Rise of the Digital Scrapbook Culture".

Tigerprint Competition followers may also recognise Jennifer as a runner up with the entry above for our recent Word Up Competition. Jennifer was the first person to enter the competition too!
Jennifer graduated from The Arts University College at Bournemouth (formally The Arts Institute at Bournemouth) in 2007 with a BA (Hons) degree in Illustration. After completing a PGCE in post-compulsory education she now works as a Designer, Illustrator, Maker.
Highlights for Jennifer include winning a YCN award in 2010 for the design and creation of a range of merchandise for Hovis.
Involvement in a design project called 'Refresh' run by Bournemouth Borough Council. "It is a project aimed to prevent graffiti in the town centre by painting Virgin Communications Boxes and I have also painted my own box which is located in Bournemouth Square. (Mine is the Beach Hut outside Debenhams and Miss Selfridge for those who are local)". The project has been very successful so far and promises more popularity and achievement in the near future. Running for Crayons is the creation of Tilly a fantastic illustrator and character designer.
Tilly's website is jam packed full of her wonderful creations and her blog keeps you up to date on the latest projects she is working on.
She graduated in 2006 from Brighton University with an MA in Sequential illustration. Since graduating she has drawn constantly in her studio by the sea and has worked on a varied range of commissions from editorial, publishing and advertising.
Tilly recently completed a T-Shirt design for Threadless which you can check out and vote for it here.

Abby Wright is a third year illustration student whose love of line, texture and colour is expressed through the body of her work.
"I have a passion for fashion and portrait illustration. I also enjoy using print making in my work.
Due to my love of fashion illustration, I have produced many pieces of work for Amelia's Magazine. As well as this, I worked for Cellar door Magazine and Nothing Bad Magazine. I like to work on various live illustration projects".
