I was delighted to recently receive an update from textile designer and craft maker Katie Moth who told me all about the recent projects she has been working on.
Katie has been working on a few briefs for Illustration Rally, including Valentines and most recently in aid of the recent disaster in Japan (which you can see above). In addition Katie has very kindly donated one of her hand made bears to the cause to be sold in their 'Ganbare Nippon' Just Giving Etsy shop.
Furthermore busy bee Katie's Cows & Pigeons label has a few new additions to it's Etsy shop.
Katie says: "I have been greatly inspired by patchwork and geometry at the moment, mixing structured shapes and vintage prints to create new surface designs I've been transforming these into phone and cushion covers. From these I've had some commissions come in for iPhone & iPad covers which I'm currently sketching out.
In between all this Katie has amazingly found time to post a few other bits and bobs on her blog which you should check out here.
Have a lovely weekend everyone x
