The judges really enjoyed this competition especially as its such a popular trend at the moment. Alas there can only be one winner and our congratulations go to the entry above by Jo that was selected because of its lovely illustrative style and nice composition. The judges felt that this design could be translated into a variety of products and different scenarios.
Well done Jo!
In addition the judges selected the runners up below in no particular order:
A very quirky and on trend way of representing the english breakfast! Would look great in a variety of food scenes - well done!
What a great idea! Unfortunately we would not be able to use the queens head in such a way due to licensing. However perhaps this idea could be explored more using other materials to collage.
Really nice use of text to create the crown. An interesting composition of putting modern icons/celebrities next to influential people in history.
A really nice use of print on kraft and a great use of colour which represents the 'Best of British' in a pattern led way.
Congratulations everyone and a huge thank you to everyone who entered and we hope you enjoyed it. Don't forget to check out the latest competition, Contemporary Notebook.

Luphia Loves is a great recent find for me, it features art, fashion, interiors and anything else pretty that the author finds inspirational.
The blog is really well structured and you are guaranteed to spend lots of time browsing so add it to your faves. Features include Beauty Tuesday, Styling Luphia and Vintage Friday and loads of great links for pretty finds and stunning photography on flickr.
